Order Process

1. Technical Steps in the Order Process and Chances to Correct Information

You can select goods from our range of products and collect these in a virtual shopping cart by clicking “add to cart”. After adding an item, you will be automatically taken to the shopping cart page, where you can edit the number of items in the cart (“update shopping cart”) or remove them entirely (“empty cart”). You can then continue shopping in the online shop and add further items to the shopping cart.

From the shopping cart, you proceed to the order overview page by clicking “proceed to checkout” (“one-step checkout”). On this page, all information requested is needed for the order:

  • Billing address, additional delivery address if different (left column)
  • Shipping method (central column)
  • Payment method (central column)

You can only redeem discount codes during this step. To do so, enter your code under “Coupon code” and click “apply coupon” straight away. Please note the discount code’s minimum order value and expiration date.

In the right column of the “review your order” order overview page, you can check the items you have collected for the order and, if necessary, change the number of items or remove them entirely. By clicking on the “buy now” button, you send the complete and, if applicable, corrected order form to the seller and hereby submit a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract with us. Sending the order form is only possible once the terms and conditions have been confirmed.

We can accept your contract offer by sending an order confirmation.

2. Identifying and Correcting Errors

Before you bindingly complete the order process, you can correct your entries using common mouse and keyboard functions at any time during the order process. You can also make corrections to your information during the order process.

3. Contractual Language

English is the available language for the order process and contract conclusion.

4. Saving and Accessibility of Contractual Text

The contractual text will be saved and archived by us but can no longer be accessed by you after the order process has been completed. You can save or print out the order data immediately after submitting the request via your browser and will also receive an email after the order, in which the order will be listed again. With the email, you will also be provided with the terms and conditions that apply to your order. Furthermore, you can view the details of your order at any time via your password-protected user account under “my orders”, as long as you have already set up a user account for our online shop.

Delivery and shipping costs within Great Britain:

- Shipping within Great Britainfree of charge!
- We are unable to ship to UK islands including Northern Ireland.
- It is not possible for the buyer to pick goods up directly.

Delivery times:

- 3-5 working days (Monday - Friday, not including public holidays)
- If paying by bank transfer, your order will be dispatched once payment has been received
- You will be informed immediately of any delays to your delivery e.g. if an item is not in stock

Goods may be dispatched on the day of ordering:

- If payment is received by 12:00 (Monday - Friday, not including public holidays)

  • If you select immediate payment (PayPal or credit card) and
  • If the wares are available (excluding out of stock items, items with set delivery dates and pre-orders).
