Extrajudicial Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission provides an online dispute resolution portal (“OS platform”), which can be reached using the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. If the buyer is a consumer resident in the European Union, they have the option of using this platform to settle disputes regarding contractual obligations relating to online purchase contracts outside of court. We are obliged to inform you of the existence of this OS platform and of our email address: mail@tectake.co.uk.

We strive to solve any possible disagreements concerning our contracts with our customers by mutual agreement via our customer service team. Furthermore, we are not obliged and generally unwilling to take part in a dispute resolution process before a consumer conciliation board.
