Delivery status - where is my parcel?
Once your order has been shipped, you can track the delivery in real time using the tracking number. If an item consists of several packages, each package has its own tracking number.
We will send you the shipment number in a separate e-mail. This contains information about the shipping service provider, the number of parcels and their individual parcel numbers. To track your parcels, simply click on the link in the email.
Alternatively, you can also click on the link of the corresponding shipping service provider and enter the parcel number manually:

⚠️ Note: After your order, it may take 1-2 days until we have handed it over to the shipping company. As soon as the shipment has taken place, we will inform you and you will receive an e-mail with the shipment tracking.
