A back-friendly desk for your home office

Doctors have long been warning that most of us sit at a desk too much, and in the wrong position - this could result in a tense neck and back ache. That’s why you should opt for an ergonomic computer desk and prevent posture-related problems.

If you opt for an office desk with a fixed table top, it should be 72 centimetres off the floor. Adjustable computer desks that can be adjusted between heights of 66 and 75 centimetres are ideal and practical. Your legs should also have plenty of space under the desk: 70 centimetres deep, 65 centimetres high and 58 centimetres wide is generally ideal.
