Each half features air vents and its own charcoal tray, giving you two independent heat zones so you can sear food quickly or cook it gently at the same time. If you don’t need that much grilling space at once, you can alternatively prop up and secure the lid, using it as a windscreen or keeping it closed for extra smoky results. Two handy tongs are included for safely removing the grill grates.
Sturdy Construction
The housing of the combustion chambers is made of solid, rust-resistant stainless steel, while the grill grates are made of high-quality chrome-plated steel. Thanks to its triangular support leg design, the BBQ grill stands securely and stably anywhere. To prevent damage to the surface it’s placed on, it features plastic foot caps that protect the floor.
